Established in 1988, Kelley’s Katch is rooted in small-town values, family tradition, and a passion for exceptional American caviar. Founded by Mike Kelley and his wife, Vickie, the business earned national recognition for producing some of the best-value American paddlefish caviar on the market.

Today, Kelley’s Katch is proudly owned by cousins Dan and Randy Robinson, who purchased the company to preserve its legacy and personal touch. As hands-on owners, Dan and Randy are committed to quality, customer care, and honoring the standards that built the Kelley name. Mike Kelley remains involved as a consultant, ensuring the tradition continues.

Our signature American Paddlefish caviar is sustainabibly sourced from clean, fresh-water rivers in Tennessee and across the U.S. It features a beautiful pearl-gray color, firm texture, and lightly salted malossol finish. Never pasteurized, our caviar delivers an authentic, natural flavor. We also offer Hackleback caviar from the Mississippi River basin and White Sturgeon caviar sustainably harvested in Northern California.
